Stock Certificate

A missing or destroyed stock certificate should be reported immediately to American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC ("AST"). The notification should include the owner's name, address, specific information about the certificate (certificate number, number of shares, and issue date, if available), whether or not the certificate was endorsed, and a daytime telephone number.

To place an immediate stop on the transfer of a lost or stolen stock certificate, please call AST's toll-free telephone number, 1-888-489-4689, and a customer service representative will assist you. Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET. If the certificate is later found or recovered, the securityholder should notify AST in writing so that the "stop transfer" may be removed.
